BY-LAWS AND AMENDMENTS

I. By-laws may be created by the President or the Vice President of Operations
II. By-laws must be in accordance with this constitution as amended
III. By-laws must be sponsored by at least two persons, one being an officer, committee chair, etc.
IV. By-laws shall be adopted by a majority vote at a general meeting with the quorum.
